Affinity Digital Studio provides professional photography services, including but not limited to portrait photography, wedding photography, corporate photography, and event photography. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time without prior notice.

2. Booking & Payment

All bookings must be made through our website or via direct contact with our team. A deposit may be required to confirm the booking. Final payment must be made before the session or on the day of the event, unless otherwise agreed. Payments can be made through the available payment methods on the website.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Deposits are non-refundable, but we will work with you to reschedule the session based on availability.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for ensuring that they and any participants in the photography session arrive on time and prepared. We are not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by the client or external factors.

5. Copyright & Usage

All photographs taken by Affinity Digital Studio are owned by us. By booking a session, you grant us the right to use your images for promotional purposes, including on our website, social media, and marketing materials. You will receive a digital copy of your photos for personal use.

6. Image Delivery

After the photo session, we will provide your images via a secure online gallery or other agreed-upon methods. Please allow a reasonable amount of time for processing and editing. We are not responsible for delays in image delivery due to factors beyond our control.

7. Client Satisfaction

We strive to provide high-quality services and customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your photos, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your images so we can address your concerns. Any editing requests beyond the initial agreed-upon edits may incur additional charges.

8. Limitation of Liability

Affinity Digital Studio is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury that may occur during the photography session or event. Clients are responsible for their safety and the safety of their guests. In the event of equipment failure or unforeseen circumstances, we will work to provide alternative solutions, but we are not liable for any missed moments or images.

9. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Any personal information shared with us during the booking process will be used solely for the purpose of providing services and will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of [Your Country/State]. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the appropriate courts of India.
